Undergraduate Grant Aid
The share of undergraduates receiving aid increased across all types of aid – state grant aid, institutional grant aid, and federal grant aid. Average state grant aid increased by 54% between 2010 and 2020 compared to federal grant aid, which increased by just 5%.
