University of Hawaii at Manoa

Founded in 1907, the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, located in Honolulu, is a destination of choice for students and faculty from across the nation and the world. UH Mānoa offers unique research opportunities, a diverse community, a nationally-ranked Division I athletics program and much more. Enrolling some 20,000 students, the Manoa campus is a major, urban, comprehensive research university. Effective for students enrolling in Summer/Fall 2020 or later, WRGP students will be charged 150% of resident tuition.

Tuition rates for more specialized undergraduate/graduate programs may be much higher than the tuition rate for standard programs. To receive the discounted tuition rate, program must be WUE- or WRGP-eligible. You must apply by the school’s deadlines and meet their academic eligibility and residency requirements.

WRGP Admission Requirements

A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher from the bachelor's degree institution. Must be a legal resident of one of the participating WICHE approved states.
