Eastern Washington University (EWU) participates in the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP). WRGP is administered by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WRGP, EWU offers selected graduate programs at the resident tuition rate to qualified nonresident students from other WICHE member states or territories.
